Gradient Financial Group is a business services firm for independent financial service professionals. The organization is inspired and guided by responsibility, innovation, and relationships.

Archimea provided plans and design guidance for their three-story office building with an extensive remodel of two floors for owner occupation and tenant planning on another floor. We collaborated with Henricksen in regards to architectural walled offices, workstations, and free-standing furniture. From non-traditional meeting spaces to large training rooms and a variety of job specific workstation layouts, this newly created work environment provides a highly effective space for Gradient’s staff and large group training for their clients.
